Order confirmation

Once you have placed your order, we shall send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This is an acknowledgement that we have successfully received your order. If you do not receive this email please notify our customer service team at culdesacjapon.hk@gmail.com (Please kindly check your junk mail box first)

If the payment has not successfully gone through, our customer service team will contact you. Unfortunately if you do not reply within 48 hours we will have to cancel your order. If you have any questions or concerns please notify our customer service at culdesacjapon.hk@gmail.com

 

Order processing

Deliveries within Hong Kong or to Mainland China and Macau are normally sent out within 2 business days. You should receive 2-4 days after we send out depending of your exact location. Deliveries outside of these areas and overseas are normally sent out within 3 business days, and you should receive 2-3 weeks after we send out depending of your exact location. Special requests may take longer.

Shipping confirmation

After payment has been successfully processed and the items you have ordered are confirmed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number and the courier used.

 

Shipping method

All orders within Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and Taiwan are sent out by SF Express. All other countries are sent out by Speedpost EMS / Eexpress.

收款妥當後,貨物出件時,我們會以電郵形式通知閣下的郵件追蹤號碼,敬請留意電郵通知(請留意電郵有否被定義為「垃圾電郵」)。為防止溝通有誤,我們不會用電郵以外的方法作送件通知,

寄件方式

我們是選用順豐快遞寄運至香港、澳門、中國大陸、台灣地區。

 

另外客人也可選擇到我們的分銷門市自行取貨,地址是:

付款需知:

產品抵達日期可能會受送運服務影響而有所異。

1)使用Paypal或Stripe付款,本店將收取3%及3.4%手續費。

2)確認付款後,款項將不獲發還。

3)如使用入數付款,請務必在訂單24小時內付款,然後在付款12小時內上載入數紙,否則視該訂單作廢論。

4)請勿以What's App 遞交入數紙作確認。

5)請務必在入數紙中清楚標明閣下之手提電話及訂單號碼。

敬請到順豐APP或順豐網站,輸入追蹤號碼(出貨電郵中附有以上資訊)查詢送件情況。出貨後,一切以順豐顯示的送件情況為準,同時一旦出貨,送貨資料絕不可以更改,下單時,請小心輸入。萬一貨物因派送不成功而送回本店,若希望再次派遞,閣下需承擔再次出件的運費。請注意順豐速運在星期日不收件,若在週末下單會有一至兩天延遲收貨,敬請留意。

Import tax and duties

Import tax and duties may be applicable to your order depending the destination country. The recipient is responsible for all import tax and duties. The courier or local post office will contact you with further details for customs clearance. Customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery outside of the estimated delivery time.

 

Tracking Your Order

For the most up-to-date information on the status of your order please use the courier's online tracking platform first before contacting us. It is best to allow up to 2 business days for the tracking number to show up in the online tracking system.

In-store pick-up

If you would like to pick-up at our Hong Kong stores we are more than happy to accommodate. Please let us know 2 working days ahead of the date you wish to pick-up and which store you would like to pick-up at.

 

Refused shipments

If the shipment is refused and returned to us we will contact you with the option of paying the re-delivery fee before again shipping out or a refund for your purchase minus the return shipment fee.

 

Lost shipments

We understand that sometimes parcels do get lost in the system. We are more than happy to help out tracking down your shipment and in the unfortunate case that the shipment is confirmed as lost, to refund your purchase.

All prices listed on this website are in HK$ (Hong Kong Dollar). NO REFUND ACCEPTED.

本店訂單出貨前會一再覆檢,確保產品品質良好,唯長途送貨旅程或會引致產品傾瀉、變質或損毀。如您的產品收到時有損毀,請按照「退回產品程序」退回產品。我們會根據您訂單的送貨方式,安排再次運送貨品,而且不會加收任何運費。如您已將有問題、已損毀或錯誤的產品退給我們,我們會安排退回因此而產生的額外運費。

 

退換貨品

我們接受顧客在收到貨品後7天內換貨,除有問題之商品外,本公司並不會提供退貨或換貨服務。以下條款適用:

  1. 如你要求換貨的貨品的金額是低過你購買的貨品的金額(以最新金額為準),差額是不會退回給顧客。如你要求換貨的貨品的金額是高過你購買的貨品的金額(以最新金額為準),請你先電郵給我們 culdesacjapon.hk@gmail.com。我們會告知你如何辦理換貨。

  2. 所有退貨必須從 Cul de Sac - JAPON Hong Kong 網站或 FLOAX Floatation Therapy Spa門市購買及必須是全新及未使用過(包括原本的未拆包裝)。

  3. 我們不接受因運輸期間造成的輕微外觀問題而不影響產品品質(包括但不限於外盒/樽身/小配套的起皺及刮損)作退換貨品服務。

  4. 所有毛巾、清潔用品或貼身用品,因衛生問題均不設退換。

  5. 所有原木產品都是獨一無二,而且裂紋是原木本身的特性,因此不接受任何與網站照片作相對比較的爭議和換貨。

  6. 我們不接受由收貨日起計超過指定日數或未能提供有效發票的產品作退換貨品服務。

  7. 顧客自行選擇貨運公司及承擔退貨的運費。

  8. 顧客只可對於退貨的貨品換貨一次。

  9. 運費是不償還的。

  10. 如顧客未能達到以上的換貨要求,我們可拒絕為顧客換貨。

退換產品程序

如要退換貨品請依照下以幾個程序,將貨品包裝好後退回即可:

請於收到貨品5天內,將閣下的訂單號碼,連同問題產品的圖片,WhatsApp去56335756,同事會於辦公時間內盡快處理。

按聯絡店主,並寫明「退換貨品」,請把訂單編號一併告知我們。

在空格內輸入退回貨品的資料及退換原因。

在收到我們的確定電郵後,請妥善包好需要退回的貨品及附上該電郵副本或送貨單。

所有退換產品必須先付回程運費,我們恕不接受收貨人支付運費事宜。

或請把問題產品帶到本店,以便同事進行檢查換貨。

No return or exchange, other than defective merchandise.
We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please WhatsApp our team at 56335756 with your order ID, the name of the product you were supposed to receive, (for a faulty item - a picture or multiple pictures of the fault or damage to the item and further details of the problem), within 5 days of receiving your order.

You can get in touch with our CS and support team by WhatsApp. We will work diligently to have this resolved for you as quickly as possible. Please note, if the item you received was not faulty upon arrival and you choose to continue to use it anyway, this means that you have accepted your item in the condition in which it was received and we are no longer liable for the way in which you choose to use your item or any damage that is incurred then-after.

For local order - you will have to visit our TST Flagship for exchange inspection by our team.
